Acceptable use
The boundaries for content, automation, platform access, and real-world use of assets made with bunpav.
Last updated July 19, 2026
1. General rule
Use bunpav lawfully, safely, and with respect for other people’s rights. This policy applies to Inputs, Outputs, accounts, invitations, payment activity, API or automated access, exports, and public use of anything made through the Services.
2. Prohibited content and conduct
You may not use bunpav to create, upload, distribute, facilitate, or meaningfully assist:
- Child sexual abuse material, sexualized depictions of minors, grooming, or exploitation of any person.
- Non-consensual sexual content, intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, stalking, or targeted harassment.
- Content that unlawfully exposes personal data, impersonates a real person, or violates privacy or publicity rights.
- Infringing copies of protected characters, brands, artwork, designs, trade secrets, or other material you lack permission to use.
- Fraud, phishing, credential theft, deceptive commercial practices, money laundering, or payment abuse.
- Malware, exploit delivery, unauthorized surveillance, security bypass, or attacks on systems or accounts.
- Instructions or assets primarily intended to enable unlawful weapons, violent wrongdoing, terrorism, or evasion of law enforcement.
- Hate, dehumanization, credible threats, or targeted abuse based on protected characteristics.
- Illegal goods, regulated activity without required authorization, or any violation of sanctions and export controls.
- False claims that an Output is official, licensed, endorsed, verified, or created by another person when it is not.
3. Platform and automation abuse
- Do not probe, bypass, disable, or interfere with security, authentication, credit metering, rate limits, or payment controls.
- Do not scrape, crawl, benchmark, or send automated traffic at a scale that degrades the Services without written permission.
- Do not create accounts, organizations, invitations, or payment events deceptively or to evade a restriction.
- Do not reverse engineer or extract the template library to reproduce a competing hosted service, except where law expressly permits it.
- Do not introduce malicious code through prompts, files, metadata, links, or exported packages.
4. Rights and consent for source material
You must have the rights and consent necessary for every reference image, logo, likeness, product design, environment, or dataset you submit. A publicly visible image is not automatically free to reproduce. If an Input depicts a person, consider whether consent, privacy, publicity, biometric, employment, or child-safety rules apply before submitting it or using an Output.
5. High-impact and physical uses
Outputs are not engineering certifications. Do not rely on generated geometry, dimensions, materials, rigs, or code as the sole basis for medical devices, safety equipment, weapons, critical infrastructure, structural components, or other uses where an error can cause serious harm. Qualified professionals must independently review high-impact or physical applications.
6. Enforcement
We may block a request, remove or disable access, preserve evidence, reduce rate limits, reverse fraudulently obtained credits, suspend an account, or notify authorities where reasonably necessary. We consider context, severity, intent, recurrence, and risk. To contest an action, email [email protected] with the account and relevant event.
7. Reporting
Report suspected misuse, infringement, or safety concerns to [email protected]. Include URLs, account or asset details, why the material violates this policy, and proof of rights where relevant. Do not include unnecessary personal data.
