1. Agreement and operator

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and AISOLO Technologies Private Limited(“bunpav”, “we”, “us”). They govern your access to bunpav.com and its accounts, dashboards, studios, generation workflows, exports, content, and related services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use them.

If you use bunpav for an organization, you represent that you can bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction. You may not use the Services if applicable law prohibits you from receiving them, including applicable sanctions or export restrictions.

3. Accounts, sessions, and workspaces

• Provide accurate account information and maintain control of the email address or provider used to sign in.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for promptly reporting suspected compromise.
• Workspace owners and admins are responsible for invitations, member permissions, and organization activity.
• An organization may control access to organization-level records created by its members.
• We may limit, suspend, or close accounts that create security, legal, payment, or abuse risk.

4. Service scope and beta features

bunpav includes public editorial content; text- and image-assisted 3D workflows; Primitive Lab procedural assets; Game Lab playable recipes; team workspaces; exports; and related tools. Some features are marked alpha, beta, preview, coming soon, or experimental. Those features may be incomplete, change without backward compatibility, contain defects, or be withdrawn. Do not rely on a beta feature as your only copy of important work.

Feature pages that describe planned products do not guarantee a release date or final specification. Current availability, price, output format, and credit cost shown at the point of use control over older marketing copy.

5. Pricing, payments, and credits

bunpav sells monthly credit plans that renew automatically until you cancel. Current plans appear on the Pricing page. Taxes or payment-provider charges may apply and will be shown where required. You can manage payment methods, switch plans, or cancel from the dashboard billing portal.

• Credits are a limited, revocable license to request eligible bunpav operations; they are not money, stored value, cryptocurrency, or a bank account.
• Each successful renewal grants that plan’s credit allotment. Credits do not expire under the current pricing model, but may be removed when a payment is refunded, reversed, fraudulent, or charged back.
• Canceling stops future renewals. Access continues through the end of the period already paid; unused credits already on the account remain available.
• We send renewal reminders before charges when Stripe’s upcoming-invoice notifications are enabled for the account.
• Credits are personal to the account or workspace to which they were granted and may not be sold or transferred outside supported workspace features.
• We may correct a ledger error after notifying you where reasonably practical.
• Generation costs can change prospectively. The cost displayed before a paid operation controls for that operation.

Purchases are also subject to our Refund Policy.

6. Your inputs

“Inputs” include prompts, images, references, parameters, files, instructions, and other material you submit. You retain any rights you already have in your Inputs. You grant bunpav a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transmit, transform, and process Inputs only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, support, and improve the Services and comply with law.

You represent that you have all permissions needed for your Inputs and their intended use. Inputs must not violate privacy, publicity, intellectual-property, confidentiality, or other rights. Follow the Acceptable Use Policy.

7. Generated and procedural outputs

“Outputs” include generated models, textures, rigs, procedural GLB files, code snippets, game recipes, and related results. As between you and bunpav, and to the extent allowed by law, you may use Outputs created on a paid credit balance in personal and commercial projects, including shipped games and sold assets. Procedural exports produced from bunpav’s own templates may also be used in personal and commercial projects.

This permission does not transfer ownership of bunpav’s underlying software, template source code, branding, interface, or Services. You may not extract, repackage, or resell the underlying template library or operate it as a competing hosted service. You may modify and redistribute an exported asset as part of your own work.

Outputs may be similar to material produced for others, may contain errors, and may not qualify for intellectual-property protection in every jurisdiction. bunpav does not guarantee uniqueness, title, non-infringement, engine compatibility, topology quality, rig accuracy, print safety, or fitness for a particular project. Review Outputs before publishing, selling, manufacturing, or deploying them.

8. Our intellectual property

The Services, source code, template systems, site design, documentation, trademarks, and content created by bunpav are owned by AISOLO Technologies Private Limited or its licensors. Except for the output permission above, no right is granted by implication. You may not copy, reverse engineer, bypass technical controls, remove notices, or create confusingly similar branding except where applicable law does not permit that restriction.

9. Acceptable use and enforcement

You must comply with the Acceptable Use Policy. We may investigate suspected violations; limit generation or export; remove content; preserve relevant records; suspend accounts; or report conduct where reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, bunpav, or the public. Enforcement may use automated signals and human review, but you may contact us to contest a decision.

10. Third-party services and software

Authentication, payment, analytics, email, infrastructure, and generation workflows may use third-party services. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their processing. Links, engine names, file formats, and integrations do not imply endorsement. You are responsible for license obligations in third-party engines, models, datasets, software, or content you combine with an Output.

11. Availability and changes

We may modify, rate-limit, maintain, or discontinue any feature. We try to avoid unnecessary disruption but do not promise uninterrupted availability or permanent storage. Where a paid change materially affects an unused purchase, we will apply mandatory consumer rights and our published refund rules.

12. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES AND OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” BUNPAV DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, SECURE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR THAT AN OUTPUT WILL MEET A PARTICULAR TECHNICAL, CREATIVE, LEGAL, OR COMMERCIAL REQUIREMENT. NOTHING IN THESE TERMS EXCLUDES WARRANTIES OR RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE EXCLUDED.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BUNPAV AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND CONTRACTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID BUNPAV FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT OR (B) INR 5,000. THESE LIMITS DO NOT APPLY WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

14. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify bunpav against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your Inputs, your distribution or use of Outputs, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of another person’s rights. This does not require indemnification for bunpav’s own unlawful conduct.

15. Suspension, termination, and account closure

You may stop using bunpav and request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, legal requirement, security risk, payment fraud, or discontinued service. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to export eligible work. Sections concerning payments, ownership, licenses, disclaimers, liability, disputes, and records that must be retained survive termination.

16. Governing law, disputes, and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity for informal resolution.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new date and may be communicated through the Services or email. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where allowed by law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays effective. Failure to enforce is not a waiver.
